The technician position is contractor‑level, with on‑site training provided for methods, systems, and procedures. Training will cover zLIMS and SAP usage and ensure compliance with site procedures and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree in biology, microbiology, biotechnology, chemistry, or related science preferred.
• Basic understanding of aseptic technique and contamination control.
• Ability to perform accurate pipetting and serial dilutions.
• Familiarity with microbiology culture handling and routine laboratory testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine bacteriology and immunology assays on manufacturing and related samples according to procedures.
• Handle microbiology cultures using aseptic technique and contamination control practices.
• Perform pipetting, serial dilutions, sample preparation, and other routine techniques accurately.
• Prepare media, reagents, and materials needed for testing.
• Maintain testing schedules and monitor reagents and materials supplies.
• Complete laboratory records and documentation in line with cGMP requirements.
• Clean and maintain laboratory equipment and work areas.
• Follow client quality standards, policies, and safety requirements.
• Learn and use QC software and site systems, including zLIMS and SAP, after training.
