Job summary

Zoetis, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing Associate to produce bacterial antigen vaccines on the first shift. The role requires following Process Worksheets, SOPs, and USDA/Zoetis policies, with documentation in alignment with cGMP standards.

Hours are 6:00am–2:30pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime and holiday work. The position involves batch processing, routine in-process testing, media weighing, equipment sterilization, and maintaining clean, compliant production areas.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Entry level position.

Responsibilities

• Batch Bacterin serials in lab using aseptic technique.
• Perform in-process testing with pH meters, spectrophotometers, and other instruments.
• Weigh out media and support assembly processes.
• Prepare and sterilize ancillary equipment (autoclave).
• Steam sterilize portable tanks used in production.
• Clean and disinfect manufacturing space and equipment per procedures.
• Comply with cGMP practices and documentation.
• Handle materials with hand/powered equipment.
• Inform Team Leader of shop floor issues and solutions.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance and punctuality.
