Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Experience with aseptic production and fermentation processes is preferred.
• Ability to perform calculations involving weights, volumes, and percentages.

Responsibilities

• Aseptic Production & Fermentation: Execute aseptic operations within the Bacterin area, including fermentation vessel management (media additions, inoculation, and harvesting) and general steaming processes.
• Equipment Operation: Operate automated and semi-automated equipment used in Antigen production to ensure efficient manufacturing cycles.
• Technical Setup & Troubleshooting: Setup and troubleshoot production equipment to maintain operational readiness and minimize downtime.
• Equipment Maintenance & Inventory: Manage the full lifecycle of Bacterin equipment and tanks, including assembly, wrapping, sterilization, delivery, and inventory maintenance.
• Compliance & Quality: Adhere to SOPs and FMDs to ensure quality and safety standards.
