• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to anticipate guests' needs and maintain professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Receive service area assignments at the beginning of each shift.
• Maintain communication with the Captain about table progress.
• Greet guests, offer water, and refill glasses as needed.
• Perform serving, cleaning, and stocking duties to support guest service.
• Inform the Captain of guest questions or concerns.
• Set tables with proper mise en place and polished tableware.
• Clear and reset tables between courses and maintain station cleanliness.
• Stock service stations and assist with spills or broken glass safely.
• Prepare and serve coffee as requested and ensure stations stay stocked.
• Attend trainings and contribute ideas for improvement.
