Job summary

Falsetto Hospitality in Florida is seeking a Backwaiter to support the dining team at Caviar Club. You will assist the Captain, greet guests, refill water, clear and reset tables, stock stations, and help maintain a spotless service area throughout shifts.

Expect a six-day work week with standing for long periods, physical lifts, and strict safety and allergy protocols. Training and meetings are provided to ensure consistent guest service.

Qualifications

• Specific Tasks include greeting guests, maintaining mise en place, stocking service stations, serving and refilling water, clearing and resetting tables, and ensuring cleanliness according to restaurant standards.
• Assist in opening/closing side work and attend meetings and training sessions to improve service quality.
• Follow allergy protocols and safety, sanitation, and handwashing procedures; maintain dependable attendance on a six-day work week.

Responsibilities

• Receive service area assignments, communicate with Captain, and monitor table progress throughout dining experience.
• Greet guests promptly, offer water, refill glasses, perform serving, cleaning, and stocking duties to support exceptional guest service.
• Set tables, maintain cleanliness, stock stations, assist with cleaning spills, and ensure consistent guest service.
