Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare is seeking an enthusiastic In-Home Child Caregiver to support families in the Saratoga Springs/Lehi area and surrounding communities. As a part-time caregiver, you provide care for children at their homes, engage them in activities, and help with routines while ensuring safety and trust.

Flexible hours and nearby client matching, with competitive pay of $15–$18 per hour, direct deposit, ongoing training, and time-and-a-half for overtime and holidays.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED is required.
• Reliable transportation and a cell phone is required.
• At least 1 year of child care experience out of friends and family is required.
• Experience with children of all ages from infant to 12 years old is required.

Bring your babysitter, camp counselor, or teacher experience to Synergy Homecare as Backup Childcare Provider for the Community at Home as a Part-Time In-Home Child Caregiver. Be fulfilled as you make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families every day and build a schedule that fits your life. Hours are Flexible as they come in!

Qualifications:

Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:
