Synergy HomeCare is seeking an In-Home Child Caregiver to support families in the Saratoga Springs, Lehi area, extending to Eagle Mountain. This part-time role offers flexible hours and the chance to work closely with children in their own homes.

Responsibilities include caring for children from infant to 12 years old, planning engaging activities, and ensuring safety and well-being. Candidates must pass background checks and meet education requirements, with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED is required
• Reliable transportation and a cell phone is required
• At least 1 year of child care experience out of friends and family is required
• Experience with children of all ages from infant to 12 years old is required

Responsibilities

• Care for infant to school-aged children in their own homes – no transporting kids or household chores required
• Engage children in hands-on activities tailored to their interests and needs
• Ensure the safety and well-being of children in your care
• Provide attention to clients’ Child Care needs, including Eating, Bathing, Naps, Entertainment and sagety
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
