Qualifications

• BS/Apprentice +4 years production supervisor experience or 6 years combined supervisory/CS experience
• Experience supervising skilled trades and managing training
• Ability to interpret drawings and procedures
• Knowledge of production processes and budgeting

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate trades personnel across shifts
• Train staff and develop procedures
• Ensure compliance with drawings and procedures
• Manage manufacturing, installation and testing with financial impact
