Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising tasks to support sales floor readiness.
• Maintain clean and organized backroom and stock areas.
• Assist in tagging, hanging, and coding merchandise for sale.
• Communicate with store leadership to ensure smooth flow of goods to floor.
• Support customer service by engaging customers and resolving basic questions.

Job Description

Backroom Processing Associate Needed

+18 years old preferred to operate age restricted equipment

Hours

Between 8am-4pm

(Flexible to work closing shifts when needed, will receive register training as well)

Responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards and working as a team. Ensures an excellent customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, and maintaining a clean and organized store. Role models exceptional customer service.

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality
• Prioritizing the processing of merchandise onto the sales floor
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded
• Communicates with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor
• Organizes and rotates back stock for easy replenishment
