Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and at least 6 months of leadership experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Excellent communication and organization with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing.
• Engage customers to provide an excellent shopping experience and maintain store cleanliness.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Tag, hang, and code merchandise; coordinate with management to ensure smooth flow.
• Support backroom organization, safety, and adherence to policies.
