Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure an excellent customer experience through engagement.
• Orchestrate truck delivery and merchandise processing onto the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicate with the Coordinator on Duty for smooth flow of goods.
• Monitor team productivity and coach as needed.
• Organize back stock and maintain backroom cleanliness.
• Uphold signage standards and recycling/hazardous waste programs.
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and safe work practices.
• Promote safety and support store shrink reduction goals.
