Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Orchestrates truck delivery, prioritizing processing of merchandise onto the sales floor
• Trains and mentors associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded
• Maintains merchandising philosophy and signage standards
• Promotes safety and cleanliness in the backroom and store areas
• Supports store shrink reduction goals and loyalty programs
• Other duties as assigned
