Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is hiring at our Easley, SC location. The role focuses on executing receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring a positive customer experience and a well-organized store.

You will lead and train Associates, coordinate merchandise flow from truck to sales floor, and support store operations and safety programs. Applicants should be able to work nights and weekends, lift heavy objects, and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure Associates process efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Tag, hang, secure, and code merchandise properly; rotate back stock for replenishment.
• Communicate with management to ensure smooth flow of goods to the sales floor; uphold safety and cleaning standards.
• Support store shrink reduction goals and participate in safety programs.
