Job summary

The TJ Maxx store in Dayton, OH is seeking team members to create a positive customer experience and efficiently move merchandise from trucks to the sales floor. You will mentor Associates in merchandising and ensure accurate tagging, hanging, and coding of all items.

Applicants should be able to multi-task, work nights and weekends, and comply with safety and labor policies while contributing to a supportive, inclusive team culture at TJX.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule availability including nights and weekends.
• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Orchestrate truck delivery and merch processing onto the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Maintain signage standards and organize backroom for easy replenishment.
• Promote safety and compliance with labor laws and company policies.
