Job summary

TJ Maxx at Lima, OH is hiring to join a fast-paced team that delivers a great customer experience. You will help receive and process merchandise, keep the sales floor stocked, tagged, and organized, and support Supervisors in daily operations.

The role requires the ability to work nights and weekends, strong communication, attention to detail, and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities. Training and teamwork are emphasized across the store.

• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Able to train others.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates truck delivery, prioritizing the processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Maintains all organizational, cleanliness and recovery standards for the backroom area.
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
