Job summary

Homesense at The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring a retail team member to execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing and a high-quality customer experience.

You will train Associates, organize back stock, and maintain store cleanliness and product presentation. The role requires flexibility (nights/weekends), strong communication, multi-tasking ability, and at least 1 year of retail experience with 6 months in a leadership capacity.

• Capable of multi-tasking; team player; able to train others.
• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards; ensure Associates process efficiently.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent shopping experience; maintain a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing; monitor productivity and provide feedback.
• Organize back stock for easy replenishment; ensure signage and merchandising standards are upheld.
