Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a frontline team member for HomeGoods at USA HomeGoods Store 1213 North Andover MA. You will execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring Associates process efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Maintain a clean, organized store and model strong service with every interaction. You will engage customers, participate in inventory flow, train staff on merchandising principles, and contribute to safe, compliant store operations.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Orchestrates truck delivery, prioritizing the processing of merchandise onto the sales floor
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Maintains merchandising philosophy and signage standards
• Ensures Associates complete tasks and activities according to store plan; prioritizes as needed
