Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring at our Dallas area store for a team-focused role overseeing receiving and merchandising standards. You will ensure a smooth flow of merchandise to the sales floor, deliver excellent customer service, and uphold cleanliness and organizational standards.

You will train Associates on established principles and work with the Coordinator on Duty to optimize operations while complying with labor laws and company policies. Flexible hours include nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive customer experience and maintains clean, organized store.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and ensures merchandise is processed onto the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise.
• Communicates with management to ensure flow of goods and adherence to priorities.
• Supports store shrink reduction goals and safety programs.
