Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing by Associates.
• Provide excellent customer experience through engaging interactions and store cleanliness.
• Model exceptional customer service.
• Organize back stock and ensure proper tagging, hanging, and coding of merchandise.
• Communicate with management to ensure flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Promote store safety, cleanliness, and adherence to labor laws and policies.
