The TJX Companies, Inc. in Albuquerque is looking for team-oriented individuals to support merchandising, receiving, and store operations.

You will help create a positive customer experience, process shipments efficiently, and keep the floor stocked and organized. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in retail with leadership exposure, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership exposure.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsabilités

• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes merchandise processing onto the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintains merchandising philosophy and signage standards.
• Ensures a safe and clean backroom area and store environment.
