Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Iowa is seeking a store leadership-oriented Associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards, engage customers, and model exceptional service. You will train Associates, manage back stock, and ensure accurate tagging and organization on the sales floor.

You will work nights and weekends as needed, guide team priorities, and contribute to a safe, compliant store environment with strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to keep workflow efficient.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and store cleanliness.
• Model outstanding customer service and guide Associates.
• Organize back stock, tag and code merchandise, and rotate stock as needed.
• Train Associates on merchandising principles and processes.
• Monitor team productivity and provide coaching as needed.
• Communicate priorities to management and Associates with progress updates.
• Support safety, labor policies, and benefits programs.
