TJ Maxx in Keene, NH is seeking a customer-focused associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring fast, friendly service and a clean, organized store. You will work with a team to process merchandise efficiently and support store operations.

The role requires 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months in a leadership capacity, plus strong communication and organizational skills. You must be able to lift heavy objects and work a schedule including nights and weekends.

• Communicates with management to set priorities and progress.
