• Creates a positive customer experience
• Maintains a clean and organized store
• Orchestrates truck delivery and merch processing
• Trains Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Ensures proper tagging, hanging, and coding of merchandise
• Communicates with management to ensure efficient flow of goods
• Promotes safety and labor law compliance
• Supports store shrink reduction goals
