Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing and a positive customer experience.
• Organize back stock and rotate items for replenishment; communicate with supervisors to ensure flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Train Associates on merchandising and processing principles; monitor productivity and coach as needed.
• Maintain proper tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise; uphold signage and merchandising standards.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety programs, and store policies; promote customer service and credit programs.
