Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is looking for a Store Associate in Bowling Green, OH to execute receiving and merchandising standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will supervise and mentor Associates, ensure accurate tagging and organization, and collaborate with the Coordinator on Duty to keep goods moving to the sales floor. You must be able to work nights and weekends, communicate effectively, and multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months leadership experience.
• Able to work nights and weekends.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing by Associates and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Promote a positive customer experience and model outstanding customer service.
• Lead and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Coordinate with management to ensure flow of goods to sales floor and adherence to store plan.
• Train teammates and monitor productivity and safety standards.
