Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., seeks a store associate in Annapolis, MD to create a positive customer experience and support merchandise flow on the sales floor. You will collaborate with leadership, train teammates, and uphold standards across tagging, hanging, and backroom organization.

The role requires flexibility including nights/weekends, strong communication, and the ability to lift items.

Qualifications

• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes merchandise on the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising principles.
• Ensures items are properly tagged, hung, secured and coded.
• Maintains backroom organization and replenishment.
• Maintains safety, cleanliness and signage standards in the store.
