Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking team members to deliver a high-quality customer experience in our Bel Air store. You will engage with customers, maintain a clean and organized store, and support operations across areas as needed.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, promoting credit and loyalty programs, and upholding merchandising standards while adhering to safety and loss prevention guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must possess excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with customers and colleagues.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs to customers.
• Accurately rings customer purchases and returns.
• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participates in store recovery and ensures cleanliness and organization.
• Supports safety and loss prevention initiatives.
