• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards and ensures Associates process efficiently as a team.
• Delivers excellent customer experience by engaging with customers and keeping the store clean and organized.
• Orchestrates truck deliveries and prioritizes merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintains tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise.
• Communicates with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor.
• Monitors productivity and coaches the team as needed.
• Maintains back stock organization for replenishment.
• Upholds merchandising philosophy and signage standards.
• Ensures compliance with safety, recycling and hazardous waste programs.
