Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is recruiting for a HomeGoods associate in Midwest City, OK. You will assist receiving, merchandising, and customer service while helping maintain a clean, organized store.

Responsibilities include tagging, stocking, and processing merchandise; training teammates; and supporting store operations with safety as a priority. Flexible nights and weekends are required, with a starting pay range noted.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• Team player who can train others.

Responsibilities

• Executing receiving and merchandising standards and ensuring Associates are processing efficiently.
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization in backroom and on the sales floor.
• Promotes safety and compliance with labor laws and policies.
