Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing and customer experience.
• Orchestrate truck deliveries and prioritize merchandise on the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintain backroom and stock organization, signage, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with management to meet store goals and safety policies.
