The Walsh Group, Ltd. is seeking a Backhoe (Excavator) Operator for the Central Water Region - Doe Branch Project in Little Elm, TX. The operator will run a Backhoe on site to dig, excavate and move materials for highway and heavy civil work.

Requirements include 3–5 years of operating experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the capability to work in varying weather. A pre-employment drug screen is required. The company offers training opportunities and an Equal Opportunity workplace.

Overview

Archer Western Construction, LLC is currently seeking a Backhoe (Excavator) Operator for the Central Water Region - Doe Branch Project, in Little Elm, TX. The Backhoe (Excavator) Operator's primary function is to operate a Backhoe at the site of work to construct, maintain, or repair highway, heavy civil, or building type structures; equipment operators are also expected to assist in other duties around the jobsite as needed. Responsibilities
  • Operates a Backhoe to complete tasks such as digging, excavating, and move and/or transport materials such as dirt, rocks, and other types of aggregate
  • Must have knowledge of operating procedures as it pertains to loading and unloading materials
  • May oil, grease, service, and make normal maintenance adjustments on equipment; perform daily safety and maintenance checks; complete paperwork and other documentation as needed
  • May perform other related duties as required

Compensation for this role is strictly limited to base pay and listed benefits. No truck allowance, per diem, relocation assistance, fuel reimbursement, or other allowances are provided.
