US Foods is hiring backhaul drivers in Austin, TX. You will safely operate CDL A tractor-trailer, verify freight, and complete routes to vendors and drop-off sites. FMCSA Clearinghouse registration is required; 21+ with reputable driving record.

Benefits start Day 1, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401K plan. Shifts run Monday–Friday with 12AM–3AM start times. Initial pay starts at $27.81/hour during training and transitions to component pay based on mileage, stops, and cases, averaging

Qualificações

• Must have CDL Class A with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
• Register to the FMCSA Clearinghouse as required by the Department of Transportation.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to read/communicate in English.
• Minimum of six months commercial driving experience, preferably in food/beverage delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Safely drive tractor-trailer to vendors and drop-off sites.
• Verify freight, ensure correct trailer temperatures, and document accuracy.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and return equipment to the division.
