Protection Strategies, Inc. (PSI) is seeking a HHS Personnel Security Specialist to review investigation request documentation, initiate background investigations, and manage e-App packets for Federal and contractor employees.

You will correspond with applicants, perform data-entry, create case files, and coordinate with the DCSA for packet review while maintaining accuracy and compliance. This role supports security programs and client needs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Review completed e-App forms and other related and necessary forms for the initiation of background investigations.
• Assist applicants with correcting and completing personnel security documents.
• Assist customers with e-App submissions, perform applicable entries into the HHS Program Support Center personnel security databases, coordinate fingerprint appointments if required, other clerical duties as required.
• Review personnel security documents to ensure accurate processing.
• Support communication between employers, customers, and the subjects of the investigations as needed.
