Job summary

GRS Management Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented associate to support background and credit checks, while delivering excellent customer service by phone and email to homeowners, renters, and professionals.

You will enter and verify client data in CINC, scan and upload records to gVault, and participate in special projects as needed. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, proficient Word usage, and a basic knowledge of property management processes, with high school diploma

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Experience with CINC is a plus.
• Minimum experience in property management a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process background and credit checks per requirements and guidelines.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by phone and email to homeowners, renters, realtors, attorneys and other clients.
• Scan and upload completed work products into gVault for accurate recordkeeping.
• Input and update client information in CINC and verify records are up to date.
• Contribute to special projects and other duties as needed.
