Job summary

Garney is seeking a Backfill Operator with construction experience to join our field crew. You will operate machinery to excavate, backfill, trench, ditch, clear, grade, and perform final cleanup as part of a crew.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in construction, is able to work overtime and travel, and can maintain equipment while protecting safety on site. This role offers a stable path with full-time opportunities and competitive benefits.

GARNEY

A Backfill Operator position is available at Garney. To be considered for this position you must have previous construction experience. As a Backfill Operator, you will operate machinery to perform activities such as excavating, backfilling, trenching, ditching, clearing, looming, fine grading, and final clean up. The Backfill Operator may perform functions of a laborer as required.
