Job summary
Garney Construction is seeking a Backfill Operator for our Louisville, KY project. The role requires 2–5 years of construction experience and knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance.
You will backfill trenches, excavate, operate machinery, and perform crew-based safety tasks. Overtime and travel may be required as part of this field position. Competitive benefits and full-time hours are offered.

A Backfill Operator position is available at Garney. To be considered for this position you must have previous construction experience. As a Backfill Operator , you will operate machinery to perform activities such as excavating, backfilling, trenching, ditching, clearing, looming, fine grading, and final clean up. The Backfill Operator may perform functions of a laborer as required.
