Job summary

YO AI Labs develops realistic coding challenges and reproducible test environments for AI training. You will provide reference solutions with technical documentation, debug and fix software issues, implement features, and refactor codebases for performance and maintainability.

Applicants should have strong programming experience, backend/API knowledge, and proven troubleshooting and communication skills; GitHub contributions preferred or an assessment may be required.

• Strong programming experience in at least one language with algorithms and data structures knowledge.
• Experience with backend development, APIs, and scalable systems.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting, analytical and communication skills; GitHub contributions or assessment needed.
