Job summary

YO AI Labs develops realistic coding challenges and reproducible test environments for AI training. You will provide reference solutions with technical documentation, debug and fix software issues, implement features, and refactor codebases for performance and maintainability.

Applicants should have strong programming experience, backend/API knowledge, and proven troubleshooting and communication skills; GitHub contributions preferred or an assessment may be required.

Debug and fix software issues, implement and test features, refactor and optimize codebases, and review code submissions for quality and maintainability.

Requirements:

Strong programming experience in at least one supported language, with solid knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles. Candidates should have experience with backend development, APIs, and scalable systems, plus demonstrated troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; relevant GitHub contributions or willingness to complete an assessment is required.
