Job summary

NDA is seeking an experienced backend engineer to develop and scale a dating platform with a large user base. You will build and optimize backend services, APIs, and cloud deployments to ensure performance and reliability at scale.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of Ruby on Rails production experience, strong knowledge of databases, and hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, IaC tools, and REST APIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Ruby on Rails production experience.
• Experience designing and scaling backend systems.
• Strong databases and query optimization knowledge.
• Experience with cloud, deployment and optimization.
• Terraform or other IaC tools knowledge.
• Understanding of microservices, serverless and DevOps practices.
• Experience with REST APIs and automated testing.
• Knowledge of web and mobile app security.
• English level B2+ or higher.
