Mercor is looking for a Backend Engineer to build core platform systems ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable operations in San Francisco. You will focus on Contracts and Identity & Access, developing infrastructure for backend services that support various complex workflows. Ideal candidates have 4+ years of production systems experience, on top of skills in identity and access management. Qualifications

• 4+ years experience building production systems at scale.
• Experience with identity, access control, or enterprise access management systems is a strong plus.
• Ability to work across ambiguous requirements and deliver practical, reliable systems quickly.
• High ownership mindset and willingness to work on foundational problems.
