Job summary

Acceler8 Talent is hiring infrastructure engineers at mid, senior and staff levels to lay the foundations for rapid growth. You will join a technically demanding team, taking substantial ownership of systems that support a high-growth product and its deployment.

You’ll design, build, and operate core infrastructure, driving architecture decisions and collaborating across teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• At least three years of infrastructure engineering experience.

An AI company is transforming how home service businesses dispatch technicians. Its platform analyses historical performance across technicians and job types, matching high-value opportunities with the person most likely to deliver the best outcome.

Delivered through a Chrome extension that integrates with existing CRM workflows, the product gives HVAC, plumbing and electrical operators intelligent dispatching without migrating systems or retraining their teams.

Founded in 2023, the company has reached eight-figure ARR, raised a $40M Series A and become cash flow positive. The team includes approximately 60 people and 20 engineers.

The Opportunity

The team is hiring infrastructure engineers across mid, senior and staff levels to build the foundations for its next stage of growth. This role suits engineers who have built infrastructure from scratch, made consequential architecture decisions and remained hands-on through deployment and operation.

You’ll join a technically demanding engineering team, taking substantial ownership of the systems supporting a rapidly growing product.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and operate core infrastructure as the platform scales.
• Own projects from architecture through implementation and production.
• Improve reliability, performance, observability and developer workflows.
• Balance immediate infrastructure needs with long-term growth.
• Establish engineering practices that help a small team deliver quickly and reliably.
• At least three years of infrastructure engineering experience.
• Previous experience building infrastructure from scratch.

Competitive programming achievements, mathematical competitions, demanding quant engineering experience or other standout accomplishments are particularly valued.

The team looks for clear evidence of individual ability and ownership.

Experience with AI infrastructure, developer sandboxes or evaluation frameworks is useful but optional.

The team includes four ICPC finalists, an IMO gold medallist and engineers from quantitative trading and competitive programming backgrounds. The emphasis is on a small, highly capable team with substantial individual responsibility.
