Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a backend-leaning full-stack software engineer.
• Hands-on production systems experience with enterprise customers.
• Professional experience with TypeScript.
• Full-stack comfort with backend primarily in Python.
• Experience at an early-stage startup with ownership duties.

Responsibilities

• Build the backend systems powering an agent evaluation and continuous-improvement platform.
• Shape data models for evaluation datasets, experiment runs, agent traces, knowledge versions, and customer-defined quality criteria.
• Own enterprise integrations end to end: authentication, OAuth, webhooks, incremental syncs, backfills, rate limits, schema changes, retries, monitoring, and production support.
• Own features from design through deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
• Collaborate with customers to diagnose failures and turn one-off needs into reusable capabilities.
