Qualifications

• 2-4 years of backend-leaning full-stack experience.
• Track record of production systems for enterprise customers.
• Professional, hands-on TypeScript experience.
• Hands-on Python on the backend with full-stack comfort.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Authorization to work in the US (citizen/green card/OPT with runway).

Responsibilities

• Build backend systems powering an agent evaluation platform.
• Shape data models for evaluation datasets, experiment runs, agent traces, knowledge versions, and customer criteria.
• Own enterprise integrations end-to-end: authentication, OAuth, webhooks, syncs, backfills, rate limits, monitoring and production support.
• Own features from design through deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
• Collaborate with customers to diagnose failures and turn needs into reusable capabilities.
