Job summary

Close is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer (Marketing) to own the motion and interactivity, performance, SEO, and conversion tracking for our marketing sites. You’ll build tools so Marketing can ship without waiting on engineering, leveraging Python, Flask/FastAPI, and the modern web stack.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years building marketing sites with analytics, and experience with Segment/Amplitude-style analytics, Astro/Sanity/Vercel in the marketing stack.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building marketing sites with analytics.
• Experience with Segment/Amplitude-like analytics.
• Strong backend engineering skills with Python and API frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own motion and interactivity, performance, SEO, and conversion tracking for marketing sites.
• Build tooling to enable Marketing to ship features without heavy engineering bottlenecks.
