Qualifications

• Experience in Linux with focus on performance, concurrency, and correctness using Python, R, Java, Go, and/or C/C++.
• Backend engineering with databases, large-scale data processing, and highly available services.
• Ability to design, develop, and deploy a back-end application from design specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate on software work involving trading infrastructure, computing and data processing, flexible model-development pipelines, and related areas.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust software supporting trading strategies and research initiatives.
• Engage in complex projects from requirements gathering through software design and implementation.
• Reason about supporting and dependent technologies.
• Communicate effectively with teammates.
• Collaborate closely with Senior Software Engineers and receive mentorship and coaching.
