Job summary

Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer to contribute to the Stablecoin team within the Developer product group.

You will help deliver a suite of international stablecoins by evaluating and integrating external partner APIs, building backend services for issuance and operations, and supporting rewards and growth systems across Retail, Exchange, Prime, and Custody products. Qualifications

2+ years of production backend experience in service-oriented architectures.
Proficiency in Go and exposure to blockchain fundamentals (Ethereum or EVM).
Experience evaluating, integrating, and operating third-party APIs and partner systems.
Ability to deliver features end-to-end with autonomy from design to deployment.
Familiarity with distributed systems patterns and well-tested production code.
Commitment to responsible use of generative AI with human oversight.

Responsibilities

Build backend services powering stablecoin issuance, onboarding, and operations.
Own end-to-end delivery of features from design to production.
Support smart contracts that mint, burn, and safeguard stablecoin supply.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver rewards and growth features.
