Qualifikationen

• Strong backend engineering experience with large-scale web applications.
• Ability to reason about production constraints and reliability.
• Experience writing tests and setting up monitoring and alerting.
• Ability to own features from design through production and post-release.
• Collaborative mindset with PMs and designers in cross-functional squads.

Aufgaben

• Design, build, deploy, and maintain services handling real financial transactions with production reliability.
• Co-own service architecture, resilience, and scalability following Domain-Driven Design principles.
• Grow in technical leadership: lead design discussions, anticipate risks, and mentor engineers.
• Drive continuous improvement: fix flaky CI, run post-mortems, and share learnings across the team.
