The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of software engineering experience building production-grade backend services using Python and Django, with strong PostgreSQL and AWS knowledge. Familiarity with WebRTC or AI/ML infra is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of backend production systems experience.
• Strong Python/Django API development experience.
• Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and AWS.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CTO/CEO on strategic technical decisions and product direction.
• Design, develop, and optimize backend services, APIs, and real-time data processing infrastructure.
• Implement and refine in-house LLM and real-time interview tech.
• Lead projects from conception through deployment, ensuring scalability and reliability.
