Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Backend Engineer in Austin, TX for a 6+ months contract-to-hire, focusing on logistics and ERP-type services. You will design, develop, and maintain backend services using the .NET Core stack in AWS or similar cloud environments.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to work under pressure. Proficiency with MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, REST endpoints, and Kafka/Redis is expected.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of enterprise application development with .NET Core and Java.
• 5+ years of C#, .NET Core, Web API experience.
• Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server.
• REST, JSON, SOAP, and Web Services knowledge; Kafka/Redis experience.

Responsibilities

• Developers will work on the Supply Chain Application development team.
• Design, develop, and implement mission-critical applications using the .NET Core and MySQL technology stack in AWS or other cloud environments.
• Design and develop robust, scalable, high-performing applications with users across the globe.
• Build internal systems and support business needs with domain expertise.
• Collaborate with application developers, business analysts, stakeholders, and QA teams.
