Job summary

Princeton IT Services, Inc is seeking a Backend Developer to build scalable APIs and cloud integrations using C#, .NET, SQL Server, and Azure services in Camden, NJ.

You will design, implement, and maintain RESTful services, work with the Azure ecosystem including Functions and Service Bus, and collaborate with frontend, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver reliable software.

A 2–4 year track record is preferred, with strong debugging skills and experience in Visual Studio.

Qualifications

2–4 years of backend development experience.
Strong C# and .NET development skills.
Experience developing REST APIs.
Knowledge of Entity Framework and SQL Server.
Familiarity with Azure Functions and Azure Service Bus.
Understanding middleware and exception handling.

Responsibilities

Develop backend services using C#, .NET Core, and .NET 6 or later.
Design, build, and maintain REST APIs and integration workflows.
Implement database access and schema changes using Entity Framework and SQL Server.
Develop serverless integrations using Azure Functions.
Implement asynchronous processing using Azure Service Bus.
Monitor and troubleshoot applications using Azure Application Insights.
